Incorporated in Utah and listed on OTCBB, we are principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of green and recycled architectural products in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) through our sole operating subsidiary Harbin Hongbo Environment Protection Material, Inc. (“Hongbo”).

Our green architectural products are mould into formwork, pallet, pipes and tubes, floor board, or even water cover. All these architectural products are green because they are made of recycled waste plastic granules and fly ash. Given the low cost of the recycled raw material, we are able to achieve high gross margins.

We market our products primarily in Harbin, with an eye towards expansion to the entire Southern China market. Our initial products are mainly targeted for used in construction sites, viaducts and factories for water tank.

Located in Harbin of PRC, we have nine patents and intellectual property rights in the fields of new environmental protection materials. We were also identified as a high and new technology enterprise by the Science Technology Commission of Heilongjiang Province, PRC; and recognized as a national important innovative project in the field of resource & environment for industrial solid waste control and integrated resource recyclable utilization.

Currently we have a production base with architectural area of 35,000 square meters in Harbin. One production line of architectural formwork is now in place which has a production capacity of around 60,000 pieces of architectural formwork per year (Specs: 122 ×144×10cm).
