In 2007 and 2008, the substantial majority of our
products were sold to customers in Harbin city.
To maintain market diversity, we will also try to
tap in carefully selected market places located
in relatively close proximity to our formwork production
facilities, including Inner Mongolia Autonomous
Region and Tianjin Municipality in late 2008 and
2009 respectively. In addition, we will penetrate
southern China market in Guangdong Province and
Hainan Province in year 2010. Our sales and marketing
function will be integrating with our purchasing,
accounting and management functions throughout the
various production facilities of ours in the 4 new
marketplace to reduce costs and improve synergies.
Currently we sell our formwork product directly
to end-users in Harbin city through our head-quarter
in Harbin. In order to capture China¡¯s multi-year
real estate up-cycle and expand our customer base,
we will also establish extensive distributor network
in Inner Mongolia, Tianjin, Guangdong and Hainan
by the year 2010, all of which will be centrally
managed by the sales department in our headquarters
in Harbin.
In addition to working with local distributors
and end-users, we also regularly communicates with
the local government planning departments to keep
track of each target market¡¯s proposed infrastructure,
commercial and residential development projects.
We aim at strengthening our ongoing business relationships
with our existing customers, maintain a high level
of customer satisfaction and attract potential new
customers by offering personalized services, including
frequent visits to customers to collect customers'
feedback, promptly responding to customers' inquiries
and providing attentive after-sales support. As
we broaden our footprint to other market regions,
we will coordinate our sales operations among the
different regions and resolve any conflicts that
may be reported from the regional offices.
