HARBIN, China, Oct. 4 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Chang-On International Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CAON) (''CAON'' or ''the Company''), a company engaged in the business of waste recycling and reutilization, announced today that hundreds of science and technology workers, as well as scientist-turned- entrepreneurs, recently began talks to discuss issues such as energy saving and environmental protection in Wuhan city, Hubei Province, at the annual CAST conference.
